Collar Measurement & Fit Guide

Measure where the collar will sit.

Use a soft measuring tape around the part of your dog’s neck where the collar will normally rest. Keep the tape flat and comfortably snug without compressing the neck. Record the actual neck measurement in centimetres.

For fuller coats

Part or gently smooth the coat so the measurement reflects the neck beneath the fur, rather than the outer volume of the coat. Avoid pulling the tape excessively tight.

Choose by product, not by habit.

Sizes and adjustment ranges vary between collar styles. BOLD, Bespoke and TINY should each be checked against their own product information. Do not assume that the same size label will fit identically across different styles.

For a made-to-order collar, provide your dog’s actual measurement. Do not add an allowance unless the instructions for that specific product ask you to do so. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering.

Check the fit when it arrives.

The collar should feel comfortable and secure. It should not slip over your dog’s head while fastened. Recheck the fit regularly, particularly for growing dogs or after changes in coat or weight.
